Humidity looks good. If it stays there, shouldn't be any problem.
I tend to have cool nights as the plants are in a basement. I've been okay at those temps. I've also heard that low night temps can bring out any purple colour in the plant's bud near the end of flower.
Update how the strain...
Mentioned above, but probably best to clone your regular seed plant to start with. Get a few clones going from the regular plant (not the auto). It's free and will give you more to work with.
To then make seeds:
Take one of the clones, a week before you turn it to flower, and spray liberally...
I've seen that cross also called "Wedding Crasher" and there was a release in 2018 by Symbiotic Genetics who do crosses with the Purple Punch.
Should be a great result once it's done. I've seen some notes about watching for mold with this one so keep your humidity lower if you can.
Hey Neural
I may go against the grain on this one, but I tend to only fully change the water at most, a few times in the grow.
Definitely at flip to flower and sometimes during the flower. Otherwise I monitor the PPMs and the Ph and top up accordingly, to get the PPM level I want.
Downside is...
I'm having trouble isolating the problem with my plants. I'm getting similar looks on both my RDWC and Pro-Mix grows. It's not on all leaves but quite a few.
The temperature and humidity is all in normal range.
I am dealing with some Powdery Mildew and spraying with a potassium bicarbonate...
There are some interesting African landraces at Ace Seeds. They are, by all accounts I've seen, legit.
Of course check out the sponsors first, but what you are asking for is a bit of a specialty.
I've wanted to grow a Malawi or Golden Tiger but the only downside that I've read is that they...
Thanks guys. I have taken the advice and added a Cal-Mag Supplement.
You're right the colour is off in the picture but they are quite dark green so I'm backing off on the other nutes a bit.
I'll give them a little time and see how they go.
Thanks for the help, really appreciated.
I'm growing 4 plants of the same strain ( GMO x MAC seeds ) , in Promix and Perlite. I usually grow RDWC so not totally up to speed on Promix growing. The plants are being given veg nutrients at a PPM of about 400 when watering when just about dry.
I have yellow-brownish marks on the leaves on...
I have some plants, indoors, reversed for pollen and waiting for the sacs to mature.
Looking at them today I noticed a bug on them. can anyone identify it and what would be a good way to get rid of them. (I assume where there's one there's probably a bunch)
Thanks
