Well for me. I thought that having a humidifier hang halfway off the shelf was a good idea. It fell on my strongest plant and split the main stem right in half. Needless to say it turned up to be my biggest plant still. They are beasts.

You can flower anytime your plants show they are mature enough. About 4 weeks. For me I turned mine at about 6 weeks. I let the plants just grow until I felt like is was going to run out of space. However big your plants are double the height and then you know what they will approx stretch to...
