    skoots, take a 600Ml pop bottle. Take a hollow metal tube that perfectly fits a cigarette. take the tube stick the cigarette a lil bit of the ways in cut it off with a knife. This is like a 'screen' for the tube, too much and it'll prevent it from popping, too little and it will pop almost right...
