  • Seeing @York Genetics male plants in full bloom.. fascinating! 💚 Maybe I will try my hand at the cannabis dating an make a strain some day.. not yet tho. I've been taking into consideration the many strains that are available and what would I cross? 🤔🫠 I already know--however I gotta get my growers wings 🥇 first.
Then again , I'm also thinking that lady's are just naturally attracted to a males pollen. 😇🤭

I was in to breeding. Just because you take two fire strains and breed them together doesn't guarantee fire off spring. It takes time and a few failures to get a good personal strain. When you start you need to be patient. I had heavy yielding plants (2 lb 4' tall) with an "okay" high. One strain smelled of putrid plastic. One strain produced coke can sized colas over a foot long from a two foot plant, but pure fox tails. It's a labor of love. 💚

Mmmm putrid plastic... I had some dab like that. Was like inhaling toxic waste. An looked like toe nails off a yeti.
Waiting for my 32 oz water bottles to get here from Amazon, I've got some gnats to murder. (Maniacal laugh)
For the root drench I got 203 and for the foliar spray I got 209 from @Sierra Natural Science. Heard a lot of groovy things about their pest systems. I don't feel the gnats are a bad bug, I'm sure to a degree their babies eating dead roots could be beneficial to the plant.. and then again, when they eat the dead stuff up.. are they now going for the living roots? Yeah.. gotta die.
No hard feelings gnats, If it's not you, then it'll be my plant. An we can't have that now can we..?.. sorry little buggy, you entered my Court.
    There is no safe word.

I just went through a bout with those little monsters. I think I got ahead of it.
I transplanted a peace lily in my grow room then took it back upstairs. A few days later noticed I couple gnats in the grow room. I went up and checked on the lily and it had a bunch. War was declared!. I used SNS on the MJ’s and used gnatrol on the lily. I think I got em. Every now and again I see a stray gnat but haven’t seen them in concerning numbers since. I got the 203 and 209 on Amazon and ordered their spider mite killer from their website…. 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it.. sent an email, no response. Guess I’ll try calling them tomorrow.
Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor!

Yeah I think them little things came in with the amaryllis. They're definitely persistent!!
"You can tell the people who enjoy growing stuff VS the people who don't, all in a simple conversation." ❣️

I think it's crazy how y'all germinate seeds on paper towels, and then place them in the substrate with ease.
I feel like I would break its neck trying to do that. I did try it last spring with seeds for the garden, peas, beans and sorts. They died.
This year is gonna be a great one!!!!
Can't you smell it in the air? 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌼
I must be reading too many journals and stuff cuz I had the weirdest dream last night. I was in a lab or something, and there were all these random scientists all talking amongst each other about pH and ppm and other terminology I don't understand. 😆

With the excitement of the @SeedsMan grow comparison contest, I thought out a simple template/format to use for all my future grow journals. Gotta have a game plan in place to deliver a proper report. 😉 I'm impatiently awaiting the results of who all gets to do the grows!

The @VIVOSUN arrives today! (Happy dance)
I wanted to share @Hemper with all you tokers, or collectors of glass an stash stuff. Hemper.com has a box of the month, and it always has cool nifty little an big surprises in it. I'm so glad they joined 420 Magazine!! ❤️💚❤️💚
It's gonna rain in a few days, and I'm gonna watch the pot plants to see if they respond to the rain outside the same way the outside plants respond. When rain approaches, the foliage will slightly spread out and somewhat droop. The limbs will also lay lower and slump a bit. Not the same kinda droop and slumping that you see in a dying wilting plant. Poor things. Then once the rain is done, the trees and plants all look towards the sky and revel in the freshness. That's how I know when it's gonna rain. The weather forecast is always so bipolar.
I thought this was seeds and as I felt the unknown substance in the weirdly wrapped unknown package, I thought . "Well these are dead.."... luckily it's the gram sample I got from @IcedOutGenetics . Gonna try it. Haven't smoked in a while. 😉

@IcedOutGenetics Smoked it in 2 days, it was good. I was surprised at the high, it lasted so much longer than expected. I let it dry a day before actually hitting it cuz it was very tight from the vacuum seal. It was totally worth it. I'm just a one girl show, however I been sharing my experience with people I know that would find an interest.

    Ha!
In my head I take a year off my birth age cuz I feel like I didn't actually 'live' that year prior to birth .. 😂
Just a heads up, bone ash from human remains are not good for plants, it's not good to use in direct soil. It is however full of calcium and photspherous. Diluted it can be used like a fertilizer.

Spreading ashes has meaning different meanings.

I would open the tent take a 1/2 tsp, blow inside.

Your could laminate little pouches of ash, place them In the pots..

Could always spread them in the bottom of tent, between the drop drip pan Insert....

    Those are great ideas!
I've been designing and creating a butterfly garden to honor my family. I'm sure my father wouldn't mind having his ashes in cannabis! Lol. My mother would prefer an iris. ❤️‍🩹
