so after some back and forth through email with assurance they have lots of 3rd party lab testing results and internal reports i was sent another report and was told Its the exact same document that would get reported to a state database and they would input into their website.

quick update on the Seedsman NL and Ace Leb shortly after the last pic above gave them both a flush. Here they are together in the tent New Years day And the NL out of the tent for a stretch today

No email back yet don't really expect one till next week but I did look on the CDFA fertilizer listing page "Green Leaf Nutrients" is not listed on there. They are a Californa based company and it is my understanding that in order to be sold in CA fertilizers must be registered through the CDFA...
