Dude..was reading one of your posts where you talked about getting brown algae all the time..I just recycled my system and had an explosion of brown 3 days in....after adding bene bacteria and superthrive...I've flushed my system well..and did all the usual..I was curious as to whether you had any insight into fighting this since it seems you've struggled as well?

I run a nft\aero setup in 4" pvc with a 35 gal res...it's weird too, last night some of my plant roots were affected, brown and mushy...and some of them weren't. ..mad brown stuff everywhere in rez, but not in tubes yet.

Any suggestions?
