I grew to much. What do I do now?

How cold can the girls handle? I'm in Oklahoma and fall is finally here. Nighttime Temps are starting to hit the 40's.

I guess I need to make an introduction post so here it goes.
Good afternoon. I am a late 40's guy who's been an avid cannabis user for 20+ years and just have found the medical benefits. I grew up with cannabis beside the maters in dad's garden so it's always been a natural thing. Now my wife and I use RSO daily and I'm growing to make our first batch of cco this year. I love the challenge and experiments that come with outdoor growing!!
