high there, the best way of going about finding a med-mj friendly doctor would be get in touch with your local norml, or a compassion club. i'd imagine ya might have better luck with the club since they'd be willing to work with anyone that requires marijuana for medical need.
its interesting to find other people using the name guido, we have a local sativa-dominant mtf strain here refered to as "guedo" or "guido". i havent heard that name used for anything else.
