Your plants are doing great don't stress, I have notice plants stretch less when night temps are above 70. Not sure what you climate is like, but a healthy plant is a healthy plant. I have grown mendo breath in a fat garden bed outside and it only grew like 2 feet tall and wide, but made some...
Crab meal from down to earth come from the fishery throwing the crab shells into a massive pig pile that no one except farmer/gardeners care about. Hippie person then puts crab shells in box and sell them on the low low. same with the fish meals/oyster/bone/kelp/blood and seed meals and then...
We cant stop fishing/logging/mining but we can take their scraps and grow dank, wallet and eco friendly flower. First ingredient in megacrop is a Calcium Nitrate, that is made in a lab and is also harmful to soil microflora/fauna.
It is available more so under pH 5.5, but even over a 7 it is uptaken because of organic acids that are excreted by plants that act as chelating agents.
Mega crop is not organic though, sure many folks grow with it. Where do the ingredients come from? Down to earth ingredients are made by hippies in Oregon that use waste products from commercial logging and fishing and mining industry. All synthetic fertilizers are the same, Fritz Haber invented...
My advice is get some Down to earth dry amendments and make your own super soil. It will change your life, say hello to fat juicy buds organically, say hello to using water only and say bye to pH meters.
Go to the grow store and ask the home boy/girl working for some organic super soil. They will point you in the right direction, brand is not so important, all the ingredients are the same, just don't buy a big name brand like miracle grow. Trust your grow store folks!
Yes, in fact, perlite can break down over time into a sandy texture and make watering very difficult. Not to mention Aluminum is toxic to plants and they can not regulate the uptake of it.
@Jay2323 Nectar for the Gods is great, They also do samples for a low shipping cost. Although I highly recommend staying away from liquid/bottled fertilizer since they cost so much in the end over dry amendments, but one does not work better than the other, Nectar for the Gods and my super soil...
Looks good, let your soil dry out more between waterings, overwatering is probably what made your leaf look brown and crispy. Now about that FIM, now you didn't do it wrong but you did it to a plant that is not perfectly healthy. never stress a plant unless it is in beast mode. Root booster also...
Order the down to earth dry amendments, organic and more effective than any chemical fertilizer. Also it is way cheaper, you mix into soil once and only water from germination to harvest.
