First grow and I don’t know if I’m doing it right

So this is my first grow and she has been out of the soil for 16 days. 20 days total since I soaked the seed for 24 hours then place in rapid rooter. I have a 1000w led that I bought on amazon not sure if 1000w is correct but I had good reviews. I have been keeping my light at 28 inch from the top of the plant. Everything has been going well until yesterday I noticed the tip of one of the single finger leaves was dried out and discolored. I also attempted to do a Fim not sure if I didn’t right but here’s to hoping.
So the there questions are;
Should my plant be taller than it is?

What is with the leaf that dried up?

Did I FIM this plant correctly?

Started in a rapid rooter plug
Currently in 5 gallon pots been transplanted 3 times including from the rooter plug
Fox Farm Soil
I have not been giving nutrition except for a root booster and I have been using less than the recommendation dosage

Looks good, let your soil dry out more between waterings, overwatering is probably what made your leaf look brown and crispy. Now about that FIM, now you didn't do it wrong but you did it to a plant that is not perfectly healthy. never stress a plant unless it is in beast mode. Root booster also is not going to do much since your plant is in decent soil and has what it needs. Extra nutes and all that fancy bottled stuff can confuse a plant, and cost you money not just in that fact that have to buy the bottles but the bottled nutes don't allow for ease of growing, costing you time you have to spend mixing your water, doing pH test ect.

If you are in brand new Fox Farm soil, you won't need any nutrients for the first couple weeks. The soil has everything the plant needs besides water and maybe some cal-mag. Since it's on the smaller side, you dont need to really soak the entire pot. Just water the soil as far as the leaves reaches out until it gets bigger. Let her recover a bit before you do anything else really. Note*** damaged leaves wont recover.
