Thanks for the reply ibaba, I was hoping you would comment. I notice you used a CoB with the phosphor coating, do you currently have a grow in progress?

I have started to see these units being used for grow lights. Maybe I just didn't refine my search to notice them or they are fairly new. The combo of CoB, Driver, CPU Heat Sink w/Fan(HS) seems very popular. I was going to use the Cree 3070 or 3050 but how would the Full Spectrum CoBs compare...

no updated pictures just a question. The Male that turned hermi, has quite a few seeds. How soon can I harvest the seeds/plant and ensure the seeds are good to grow? Will the seeds from the hermi also be hermies? The female in the same pot also has seeds would these seeds be better to use?

I decided to make a couple seperate lights. What spectrum should I get? Blue, 465-485nm. Royal Blue, 450-465nm. Red, 620-630nm. Cool White, 5,000-8,300K. Netural White, 3,700-5,000K. Warm White, 2,600-3,700K I'm thinking a ratio of 4:1 Red/Blue and a seperate unit of just Warm White.
