With SCROG, the yield will depend on how well you train the plants to evenly cover the area. What are you using for a screen? I would try to put it on a drip system of some type since you might not be able to reach all the plants individually.
My two cents: I've never tried it, but it doesn't seem worth it to me. Your yields will be too small.
My advice: You don't really need an intake fan if you have an exhaust fan up top. It's called passive intake, just make sure there is a good size opening on the opposite end of the...
I have used Arbico Organic's NemAttack Steinernema feltiae beneficial nematodes with great results. No worries about damaging your plants. However, you should never pass up a free sample!
Re: Cloning vs. purchased seeds vs. homegrown seeds (aka. the dilemma with male plant
I wouldn't trust a grow tent for growing males. Cannabis pollen can travel miles and is so small and light, I think it would find its way to your virgin girls (we men have a one-track mind). I would invest...

The problem with males is that they will seed your entire crop since the pollen cannot be easily controlled. If you want to create seeds, I would do it in a very controlled way. Check out RC Clarke's...
Transplant as little as possible to avoid unnecessary stress. You shouldn't lose any plants by over-transplanting, but you might be adding a few days of recovery time to your grow. Just make sure to keep a small plant adequately watered in a large pot because the root zone will dry out quicker.
