You are going to want to close off all the vents to the rooms once you start CO2 and just use the AC for cooling.

Re: cfl grow two blackberry and two bluedream bag seeds A note on the Co2 lines. CO2 will degrade the cheap vinyl fish tank tubing. Spend the extra few bucks and get the silicon based tubing from any online fish supply or petsm*rt will carry it. It holds up much better over time.
