King crop seeds Blueberry strain Im not sure of the characteristics

I bought the seeds from a seed bank. I planted them a week later. I was using 2 2' florescent grow lights from walmart.

Im just estimating the time...didnt really keepany records. It may have been longer. I didnt train it. Not sure how.

Im new to growing.. I was growing a blueberry plantin a spare bedroom and was 3 months into it. A cold snap hit. It never got more that about 8 inches high. Can cold weather stunt a plants growth?
