In response to where I dug this statement up about God giving man every green herb for meat,in the King James Bible Genesis 1:29,30

Constitution says,Those powers not delegated to the Federal government are RESERVED to the state . Which means the federal government has never had the authority/power to make any law making it illegal,which means if the state decides to legalize it the federal government can't challenge it...

How about it's a God given plant that God said in the Bible he gave us,he gave us green herb for meat so he intended for humans to eat it at least and GOD the Creator of Man should know more than Man made laws that are corrupt . I would lean towards the pursuit of happiness as my thought.

My name is Robert and I think this government has never been AUTHORIZED to make any Law against cannabis ! And just in case I'm wrong which is real slim here but in our pursuit of happiness who makes that choice ? Should be you .and you shouldn't have to prove you have that right to do this...
