I picked up a 40' stainless for $80. The price of copper now (due to war demand) makes going with stainless a no brainer. Same price, less grief. Plus it's shiny. Oooooh, pretty. And it matches all my brew equipment.

I use Reflectix brand insulation avail @ depot/lowes/ace. To help you picture how to cut it to fit a bucket, try taking a paper cup apart at the seams. For the tops I just use strips, and pull them out after canopy shades it. Also used it on the res tote. My chiller has thanked me ever since.
