Whats up bro, i went thru the same thing, probably worse than you cause this is my first puter since windows 98 plus my first digital camera ever! If you haven,t found anything yet, this one works for me, easy, but it takes a while. Site is pic resize.com Go to #1, says select picture, click on browse, then go to where your pics are and find one, click on open and it will transfer it , then click on continue and up will come a page to select size, i go 75% smaller and it usually makes it small enough. So click the box for 75% and then click on resize pic and a box comes up says select a task and then click on save to disk and you're done. It ends up in documents. If still too big, then just resize the resize. It takes a while but works.
