1 light 2 colors during flowering?

I just started the flowering stage and I wanted to know do I only leave the red light on or should I use both ?
The red switch said it’s for vegetation ?

What @TorturedSoul said. Keep both on.

The plant needs both Red and Blue light when flowering. Especially at the beginning of flowering when it is still creating a lot of stem and foliage.
