1st grow 1 plant, Day 12 need help

I have one plant on its 12th day of life, and it is going strong. There is one thing worrying me; From the stipule up the plants limbs and stem are purlplish.
I read up about different nutrient deficiencies, and it seems to indicate that the plant either has Iron deficiency, or a Nitrogen deficiency. Am i just being a over worrying new grower? or do I need to look into this.

Seedlings neither need or want any nutes for the first 3 weeks of life. The cotyledons supply everything.

Too cold will make the stems do that.
