rigth now plant still on veg nutes at 16" tall just put under h.p.s wondering do I start it on full dose bloom nutes also thinking of mixing a spray bottle with bloom nutes and blue lighting liquid c02 plant spray light is about 26" off top of plant. free smokers of the world

You should feed them half-strength nutes in water every other watering and work your way up. And then you start to flush your plant 2 weeks before harvest.

I usually feed 1/4 stregnth when I start giving veg or flowering nutes. Its always better to have less than more and risk a burn. If the plants accept the nutrients start working your way up in dose.

that light seems a bit high, what kinda temps do you have at the top of the plants? You need to get that light as close as you can while keeping a comfortable temp at the top.. If you can't get it closer then you need to work on getting your air flow dialed in...
