Cathy Jordan sits on her back porch where a marijuana plant is growing. The Jordans want to legalize medical marijuana in Florida for people like Cathy, who suffers from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, better known as Lou Gehrig's disease. The Parrish couple say Cathy's symptoms are greatly reduced by smoking pot. A local legislator is sponsoring a bill that will make medical marijuana legal. It will be named after Cathy.
