Ok, so I'm going to put a grow room together in this little room with no windows in the back of the house that measures a little over 8'L x 6'W x 8'H.
I'm going to use two 4'x1.5' 8 bulb t5 lights, 6500k for veg & 3000k for flower.
My goal is to start 30 plants (mostly indica & hybrids), cull the males, and hopefully end up with around 15 females give or take depending on luck.
We have an o2 filter that I'll be running to help with smell along with an oscilating fan that is also supposed to be an ionizer to help with temp and keep the air flowing.
I plan on lining the room with mylar to help reflect the light. If I need to I will also install a bathroom style vent pulling through a carbon filter to the attic but I doubt that I'll need to.
Is this a feasible layout or are there flaws in my thinking here? I know the t5's won't produce like an hps would but I think that the t5's will be the easiest least conspicuous and most cost effective way to go at this point.
