A Couple Problems in a Great Crop

Hello!

I have two kinds of plants, one with minor problems, and one with major ones.

Here's #1 (the worst):
39 vegging Master Kush (60% Sativa/40% Indica), cloned for 3 weeks, now 2 weeks in veg. Indoor hydro (coco fiber and perelite); no reservoir just daily hand-watering with 0.75-1 tsp./gal of Flora Nova (Green), pH 5.7. 450 watt fluorescent lights. We had a bug problem that we neutralized (pyrethium) just before it got really bad. The leaves look bug-bitten, but the bugs we got rid of were fungus gnats, so we're not sure why they look so bad. Here's what they look like

#2: 59 Pinapple Punch (80% Sativa), flowering for 3 weeks, indoor hydro with coco and perelite. Reservoir is 55 gallons with drip system, pH 5.7, ppm 900-1000 (hanna conversion from EC), Flora Nova (Purple) with Calplex, Silica Blast, hydrogen peroxide, and Humbolt Honey; watering 1-2 times per day. Air cooled, CO2 enriched, 65-80 degrees, rh at 55-90%. 3 1000-watt lights, no pests, room is 12x19. Most of the room looks fabulous, but we do have one or two leaves with necrotic spots, and some of the leaves have either wilted or dead tips, or raised fronds or ridges. Here are pictures:
