Adding more soil?

Hello everyone! just a quick question for those in the know, I am in my 28th day of flowering and noticed my soil lvl has gone down a couple of inches in most of my 3gl pots. Would it be ok to add a cup or two of fresh soil to the pots? I only use Black Gold Soil. Thank you in Advance!

I have done that, however, I added the soil to the bottom of the pot so the roots could grow some more. I dont know if it helped any because I didnt compare it to a plant with no soil added. It didnt seem to hurt though.
