Amber trichomes at 7 weeks

For whatever reason I can't post pictures right now but anyway, I have several blue dream in soil under 400w hps. I've been doing this for about 10yrs but never saw amber at the 7 week mark. I'm not sure if it's really done or just messing with me lol. It still has quite a few white pistols on some of the buds. The rest of the buds the pistols have turned red and swelled already. The trichs that aren't amber are very milky and have a wonderful sticky blueberryish aroma. Guess I'll hangem up to dry and see what happens, very strange though.

Yep that is odd for a blue dream. I grow a mostly indica that has super silver haze in it. It finishes way early but never has more than half her hairs turn. We just harvest after they swell up and pack on a bunch of weight

I'm using feminized seeds that I made, wonder if that might have something to do with it?

Maybe if you used 2 different females in making the seeds. S-1 seeds my friend makes are 50% just like the selfed plant and the other 50% varies.
If you used 2 different females you will have even more variation.

Both females were blue dream strain if that's what you mean.
