Are this many lights enough?

i use a warm light too, just to add some spectrum, is that ok? i keep them a few CM away, is that ok? the lights don't make much heat, i can put my hand on it and it's barely warm after 8 hours

A few cm is way too close you will cook them even with those lights, having some 3000k can be helpful from what I've read for developing pre flowers but I've only used 4000k and 6500k when in veg or growing seedlings I'll take a pic of a capsicum that was that close when I was sorting my other garden it was 1 x 19.5 watt light

They need a lot less light than your girls will but even those lights can burn plants

In that cupboard those lights are 40-50 cm away from the plants but the lights are double the size of yours. As the plants get bigger I'll put them closer 20-30 cm for now I have to be very mindful of heat.

The 19.5s I get free and the 27s were quite cheap they were meant to be high bay light retro fit bulbs that I was trialling for work.
