i 'd strongly recommend "hawaiian snow" from greenhouse.
very heavy yielder and 23%thc's of soaring high sativa.
greenhouse seeds in general are nuts!(no pun intended)
feminised seeds come mainly from plants manipulated by light
not genetic manipulation.

Every grow I've done has been with Feminised seeds. Just about all of them have germinated with no problems at all. I did however have 2 grows where I got a few seeds on a couple plants. Other then that, every thing seems "normal" with Feminized seeds. I will be using regular seeds eventually due to the fact that the Femized seeds selection in general is limited.
