my homie has this female that's about 5 to 6 inches tall but its already budded, will she still grow taller if she was moved to veggie stage. and how long would she grow? he planted a couple bag seeds in a pile but he thinks that there might have been some dro seeds he, cant remember.

Your friend can switch the plant back to Veg by changing the light to 18/6 (light/dark). It will take about 2 weeks for the plant to get used to being back to Veg. Once the plant has been stablized after 2 weeks it will continue to grow without budding. You can then let the plant grow to however high you want, then change the light/dark back to 12/12 and it will change back to flowering again.
The general rule of thumb is once the plant has been changed to flowering on a 12/12 (light/dark) schedule, it will grow 2.5 - 3 times the height as when the light schedule was changed. For instance, if the plant was 24" when 12/12 was started, it could grow to 72" by the time flowering is complete.
This is all environment and strain dependant of course, but that is the general rule to go by. Your friend could be looking at some serious bud if they do it right
