About 2 weeks from harvest I noticed this from my buds mostly lower buds. What could be causing this? The top buds are good solid and fairly big. See pics

A suggestion, take a couple more photos. Turn the grow lights off and just use normal white room light, even if it means putting a table lamp or similar in the tent for awhile. It will take a few but just like those.
The purple grow light makes it hard to see the true colors which can sometimes be a big clue if there is a problem. I have also noticed that when I leave the purple LED pods or LED tubes meant for flowerings (which have a lot of red) that the auto focus is not focusing as it should. The more white light the better the focus.
