I use RO water and add powered oyster shells as amendment to FFOF. Will I still need to add cal/mag to my water or can I just add magnesium. Or is the oyster shells such so release that I still need cal/mag. If I can just add Epsom salt how often should I water it in?? Thanks guys

The FFOF already has oyster shell in it as well. I did not add any extra and i had a cal def during veg. I use led lights and started using calmag when i did my non feed waterings. Epsom salts will work too but you should flush every 4 to 5 weeks anyway in my opinion.

Just keep an eye on ph and you should be ok
