Can I cook Cannabutter with rice cooker instead of crockpot?

Good day for all the forums members
Here is my question
Actually in my country we don't have crockpot available
But A rice cooker is available
So my question is
Will the rice cooker do the same job simmering the
Weed/butter mixture for 24 hours like the crockpot ?
