A floodlight will not have the correct light spectrum to grow cannabis plants.

You can not find a good white LED that can grow anything. If you can find what LED is in there you can look up the spec sheet on it. I figure they (the LED makers) are trying to come up with a single LED for grow, but if they have I have not heard of it. If you seen the spec sheet I think you will find whites just don't go far into the red spectrum. Totally lacking for flowering. I would keep the light though, looks like a nice light for working on your car.

I changed the white COB on one of these to a full spectrum COB that I got from Ali-express, have it over one plant that was a bit to the side of my grow and not getting enough light. Its growing really good now

But probably better to run a COB with active cooling, especially in an enclosed space.
