Cannabis Cafe open in PDX

Just in case anyone hasn't heard, NORML has opened a cannabis cafe in Portland, at I Believe NE 9th and Decum, licensed and legal for on-site consumption. Seems like it's starting to come together for all of us patients,but unfortunately I'm a Washington MMJ Pt and don't think can't use the facility. Just passin on the info. The Building used to be a sex club(?), and the sign on the Bldg says "Rumpspankers". I guess, depending on the quality it could be appropriate.
