CANNASweetner? Please help..

Hiya folks! I had a friend give me a vial(pill bottle) full of a honey like substance(very trusted source) and wonder if anyone has a recipe for this?

It is thinner than honey, but very sweet with a spicy kick that numbs your tongue a bit.
Another friend that tried it, claimed it was like eating a bud, not in a bad way

I have been playing around with some trimmings and and really want to make this stuff... effects were with in 15 minutes.. it is very strong!

Could be a tincture that was reduced down and added to a simple sugar or what?

Its driving me nuts not knowing!!

Wow, no one has any idea for this?

My buddy that gave this to me is on his way down here(Wine and seafood fest).. Not sure if he has any ideas on how, but should be able to enlighten me to where he got it, and maybe how its made...?

I will post the recipe if he has it!
