Which cities have in place moratoriums that ban new dispensaries from opening. I was thinking of moving to West Hollywood but then saw an interview with councilman Duran who mentioned a moratorium that's still in place. However I didn't know how recent that interview was. LA, even though the city council has allowed the CURRENT dispensaries to continue to operate, there's still a ban on new dispensaries from opening. Or am I wrong?
