Co2 ppm end of flowering

We keep the co2 ppm between 1300-1600 in vegetative stage and slowly lowering down the ppm after the 3 week of flowering .and till the last 2 weeks its 400. Why should we do that its not better to keep it 1500 for the full cycle for better yeld ?or the co2 level does not affect our buds ?

If you have gone to all the work of setting up co2,why would you dial it back.
Plants use co2 to grow and build .
Crank it up, crank up lights and temps.
Do you use the VPd chart.
