Coco Run to waste

Hi All,

Recently joined the site and wanted to put my proposed coco set up to you experiences coco guys. I'm planning on using a large Wilma 8 which is 750x750mm and putting 5, 6.5lt pots in it, going to set it up as a run to waste system using the Wilma to collect the run off and have a seperate Rez for the nutrient connected with a timer and drippers.

Would you use standard Wilma pots or airpots ?

Ok I'd use standard pots I think airpots would leak out the sides.
also you'd maximize space with square pots
I like running to waist so the runoff ph can be checked.
have you thought of a small pump and airstone in the res to
up the oxygen level?
Try asking in the hydro thread more wouls see it

Neither I gotta be different.
I do a 2L SOG in a rack.

Hey Dadums that's great system would that be possible to build with 6lt pots/ bottles ?

I saw this with pepers and adapted it.
Weight would be an issue you would have to have the pots on the floor
and pipe in the side.
This was cheap and small I do single cola popsicle.
3 week in the cloner and right into flower harvest in 12 weeks
I will start a faster strain when the final bugs are worked out.
I have a gal jug and am puuting in an airstone that will preasurize
it and push the water to the plants using black air line.
put it on a timer and it's auto water.

Been using halo rings (small) and have been very pleased.
