Concerns about damping off

Had another post to check the germ of my seeds. Currently both of my seeds germed but worried one is suffering from damping off.

Being a newbie I feel I overwatered the first( other members noted this as well based on photos). Just wanna check if my current seedling is suffering from that

also is this seedling getting leggy...Might as well make this a question about light distance too

they look fine,, look near the soil, for a change in the diameter of the stalk,, if it shrivels and shrinks,, that is bad

as long as you keep the top dryer with a fan it will wick dry the rest a bit , not on the plant directly oscillation , you have a nice bit of perlite in there by the looks of things' think you will be ok

@NuttyProfessor Hi nutty thanks for chiming in. I got a fan coming soon for now its tight with just exhaust running (my setup is planned as a passive air intake).

Heres an update on the first one. Im not sure what to look for with legginess. Felt it was stretching a bit so i moved the lights closer (Running 120W LED). This is the current photo
