Could anyone help me identify my problem?

This plant is 4 weeks old, in organic pro mix. Using biobizz organic biogrow and fishmix. I fertilize at full strength once every other watering. I foliar spray the fishmix everyday in the mornings.

I see on a few of my plants, the leafs show sign of being almost see through. Seems the leave structure is missing greenness.

I've already given epsom salts and no change.

Also another issue i have been having are the top of the leaf having a pale light whitish color as you can see in the pics below

Your plant is only 4 weeks old u should not be giving it all those nutes..... You should be only giving it quarter of that.... I presume you growing in soil...... U are burning your plant.... Check your Ph are you within the range..... U should let the plants absorb its nutes from the soil for the first few weeks and then start admin nutes at quarter the strength and slowly over time build it up to full strength

Give her a good amount of ph adjusted water for the next two times . no nutrients. i would ck the ph of the runoff since u have been feeding her so heavily .
