Curing in the dark vs light

I was wondering is it better to hang your bud in a dark room vs. in a place like your grow room? I personally prefer a dark room because I have noticed that the buds tend to stay closed up and hard compared to a room with bright lights where it seems like the buds open. Am I wrong?

Light degrades thc. If you hang your buds where your lights are you’re turning your product into mids without it ever having the chance to be top shelf.

Yes hang in a dark room at 18c or lower temps 62% humidity if possible

Yes I agree with you guys 100% I have been doing this for many years and it just kills me to watch YouTube and see people with these elaborate grow rooms that they have invested a couple of thousands of dollars and produce their video channel, but yet they have their drying bud hanging inside their grow room or tent. And all that does is give people the wrong idea.
