Day 9 White Widow & The Church Flowering

Hi All!

So this is my first grow & I thought I'd put it online. Im using a Migro 100 led & a red 200w cfl for flowering. I plan to defoliate them both next Friday after watching a few videos on defoliating during flowering. If anyone thinks that a bad idea I'd love to hear your advice.
I LST'd them both during veg & I topped The Church a week before flowering.

Also are 11liter pots big enough for flowering?

I'm not familiar with that overhead light, but wondering if you want it lower/closer to the plants? Are these photos? Did you already flip them to 12/12? I usually defoliate once in veg on the undercarriage (lollipop) and then when 2 weeks so into flower I trim out the fan leaves to allow light to get better penetration to the flowers. 11 liter is fine.

Hi & thanks for your reply. I havent been on in a while.

I defoliated the White Widow as she is really bushy last Tuesday & she seems to be doing ok.
