Differences between HLG, ELG and LPC drivers?

I have an 18"x18" area I plan build my first led light using 280mm EB series 3500K, at 350ma.

Could someone explain the differences between the Mean Well LPC-100-350, HLG-60H-C350A, and the ELG-100-C350A drivers besides the HLG-60H-C350A being only 70watt. Would any of these work to power 8 EBs in series?

Thanks

I don't think you'll see much difference between them.

The datasheet shows that the LPC is 90% efficient, and then ELG is 92% efficient. I recall comparing HLG and ELG drivers (same power output, same current) and seeing that the HLG was 2-3% more efficient. However, if you're only looking at the 100W drivers, I'd get the HLG for the few extra dollars it'll cost you.

I picked up an ELG-100-C1050B to try out, and it seems to be fine; it powers the LED's that feed the cactii in my office.
