DOH, Light left on during Dark Phase :-o

I added more l lights 2 days ago and just realized 1 of the bulbs in the corner of the tent was plugged into the wrong outlet which didn't have a timer. So that 1 light stayed on for like 48hours straight while the other lights were programmed for 12/12. Will my plants be okay ? Anything I can do to help them recover better?
