Double Car Garage Flower Room & Spare Veg Room Requirements.

Hi!

I'm new to the site and this is my first posting. I have an 18x18x8.5 (2,754 cubic feet) space in my 2 car garage that will be accommodating 9 1000 watt, cooled reflectors. I also have a spare Veg* room (10x9.5x8/760 cubic feet) which will have 4 additional, cooled 1000 watt lights as well. I'm having an electrician come by to make sure everything is up to spec but am having issues planning for ventilation, which is why i've come to you for help.

Flower Room:

My main concerns are, fresh, filtered air and odor prevention.

Which Filter should I go with?
What intake fan would supply the amount of fresh air needed for this 9 reflector setup?
What outtake fan would be appropriate?

Veg* Room:

Filter for 4 1000 watt light room?
Intake fan?
Outtake Fan?

I use a 4 inch ventech fan Daisy chained to 2 lights and it's on 1/4 power and has plenty of pull. Not sure about 9 but I bet a 6 inch or 2 would work. I mix not sure if your garage is insulated. Mine is not and I bet there's enough passive air intake just from not being insulated. My not really a pro but hey I wish I could the same as you because I have a 2 car garage and a spare room lol. How many plants are you runnjng?
