Double dwarf plant

Hi,
I’ve been growing for about 5 years and a friend gave me some seeds. One seed after sprouting starting growing two plants from one stem. I also cloned from it and the baby is doing the same. Anyone out there ever see this? Pictures of Momma and her clone baby

to spark plug...we had that happen in a comparison grow sponsored by Seedsman, about 5 people had double stalks, they were just Siamese twins
