DWC slow flower possible deficiency

I’ve been monitoring ph levels and nuting at 50% everything is in order it seems like the hydro is running a little slow compared to the soil plants in my tent. Also the bud looks a bit fuzzy. First time grower any advice helps thank you. The bigger bud is my soil grow same strain just has a lot bigger bud and cleaner look
