My northern light seedling started to yellow on day 5 (counted from when came out from the soil) and now (day 9) she has a few brown dots on the first pair of true leaves.
What could be the cause?
Ph 6.7/6.9
50w 6500k led light at 4" from the top of the plant
day temp: 80
Growing medium: soil (not using nutes yet)
Rh:35/40%
Light cycle: 24/24

Looks ok to me. Put her in more soil.

Not sure what 24/24 means, but all plants (including autos) need some dark time during the day. Most people run anywhere from 16/8 to 20/4.

Also, light 4" from the plant seems pretty close. Try 12" at least.

Last, but worth mentioning, don't overwater. When you move it into a bigger pot with more soil this will be easier to manage.

Ok so...i moved the plant in a bigger pot with just non fertilized (humid, not wet) soil
I moved the light up...and I switched to a 20/4 light cycle
But the yellowing hasn't stopped yet

The cotyledons are totally green
if it were a nitrogen deficiency...should the cotyledons turn yellow before the first pair of true leaves?
