After a more than two year delay, medical marijuana is now being grown by three of the six authorized growers in Florida.
It will soon be on the market, but growers hope their locations remain well kept secrets.
Quincy, Florida, with a population of about 7,000, is the home to one of three up and running, legal, medical marijuana grow houses in the Sunshine State.
Where the marijuana is being grown, at least for now, is one of the best kept secrets in the small town.
On Monday, state regulators approved a sixth grower.
July first is the target date for the first legal sales of low THC oils and capsules.
So far a total of 126 doctors have completed the eight hour course required to receive authority to prescribe the THC products.
