Ganja Broccoli Manicotti

Ingrediants:

15 Manicotti Shells, Cooked & Drained
1 Chopped Yellow Onion
2 tablespoons Chopped Leeks
1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves
1/2 cup Pureed Fresh Basil Leaves
1/2 cup Finely Chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup Green Peas
1/2 cup Chopped Spinach
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/8 oz. Finely Chopped Ganja
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Tomato Sauce


Saute Leeks, Mushrooms, Basil, Broccoli, Peas, Spinach, Onions, Garlic and Oregano in a pan with the Olive Oil. (Cook the Ganja in this pan if you wish to use the Chef RA GET High Version) Saute for about five minutes, then set aside. Take you Three Cheeses and mix with the Veggies. Then Stuff you Manicotti Shells with the Cheese and Veggie Mixture. Prejeat the oven at 350 degrees. Puree Fresh Basil in food processor. Take Heavy Cream and cook over LOW Heat. Add Pureed Basil to the Heavy Cream and REDUCE the Basil and Cream over LOW HEAT UNTIL IT THICKENS SOMEWHAT. Arrange Stuffed Manicotti in baking pan and pour tomato sauce over shells. Cook for 20 minutes, than pour Basil Cream Sauce over Shells and cook for five minutes longer
 
OMG! Oh no you didn't! Boy! This is an excellent recipe. Manicotti is a great dish to make for a group as well. ;-)
