Authorities arrested a Greenwood pharmacist on suspicion of selling medical marijuana.

The Greenwood Police Department said Dustin Brownfield, 35, was arrested Wednesday after undercover officers allegedly bought medical marijuana from him.

The Southwest Times Record reported officers began investigating Brownfield after receiving a tip he was selling medical marijuana.

Brownfield owns Brownfield Pharmacy in Greenwood. He is being held in the Sebastian County jail, and authorities did not know if he had an attorney.

Sales of medical marijuana are legal in several states but not Arkansas.
